Convert the existing office configuration into an efficient office business center. The original office configuration supported this transformation. Flooring and ceiling tiles were replaced as necessary. Light fixtures were repositioned. Electrical and voice/data outlets were added. Additional partitions provided more office spaces. Fort Collins Executive Business Center now contains 41 private offices, two conference rooms, two kitchens, a client support office, and mail services area for virtual and resident clients and a professional, well appointed reception area.
