Two story, center hallway, with elevator. Dwelling house design made efficient space utilization a challenge |
Influences: |
At the time this building and center were constructed, Palm beach Gardens had few office business centers all of which were “B” quality. The area surrounding the center is commercial, retail and mid to high end residential.
Many of the residents spend winter only in the area. They are not retirees and require an “A” grade workplace either full or part time. This indicated a strong market to small office users and virtual clients.
An outstanding location.
The developer is a first time owner operator. |
The Solution: |
Palm Beach Gardens Executive Suites contains 46 offices, two conference rooms, a gathering café, client and mail services area. These areas support the full time office, conferencing, and client support needs for full time and part time residents who only use the center as a “drop in” point for administrative and telephone services, and as a commercial mailing address.
The class “A” quality of the center provides the expected comforts this upper end clientele expects.
The space plan maximizes the floor areas. This, together with efficient financial management allows this project to be a success.
